The 2024 Beijing Forum on "Swift Response to Public Complaints" will take place from December 18 to 19, highlighting the city's achievements in addressing public grievances through its 12345 Citizen Hotline.

Since the introduction of the "Swift Response" reform, Beijing has significantly improved its ability to resolve complaints and satisfy residents. Over 150 million complaints have been handled over the six years, with the resolution rate soaring from 53 percent in 2019 to 97 percent in 2024.
