During the Ming Dynasty, tea culture flourished with a focus on simplicity, as brewing methods were simplified, moving away from the previous elaborate practices to just boiling water in kettles, steeping loose-leaf tea in clay teapots, and savoring it in small cups to enhance the aroma.
This method brought out the natural essence of the tea leaves. It remains a core part of Chinese tea culture to this day, demonstrating the lasting influence of the Ming Dynasty on the way tea is enjoyed.
