During the Ming Dynasty, tea culture flourished with a focus on simplicity, as brewing methods were simplified, moving away from the previous elaborate practices to just boiling water in kettles, steeping loose-leaf tea in clay teapots, and savoring it in small cups to enhance the aroma.

This method brought out the natural essence of the tea leaves. It remains a core part of Chinese tea culture to this day, demonstrating the lasting influence of the Ming Dynasty on the way tea is enjoyed.

In celebration of the 25th anniversary of Macao's return to China, a senior national tea taster and two Chinese aesthetic content creators came together to enjoy tea prepared in a way popular during the Ming Dynasty.
