Overseas, the panda is a symbol of China; within China, it represents Chengdu. With their adorable black-and-white fur and laid-back demeanor, pandas have enchanted people throughout history. Li Haoran is a young Chengdu lacquerware designer who draws inspiration from the local panda research base.
