A gala celebrating the 25th anniversary of Macao's return to China will be broadcast live on multiple China Media Group (CMG) TV channels, radio frequencies and new media platforms at 8 p.m. on Thursday.
The main actors and performance teams featuring in the gala come from different walks of life in Macao Special Administrative Region (SAR).
With the theme of "Celebrating Together and Creating a Better Future," the gala will be divided into three chapters: "Macao welcomes you," "Sailing the Greater Bay Area" and "The most beautiful Chinese heart." It will showcase the positive relationship between residents in Macao and the mainland over the past 25 years, and the success of the practice of "One Country, Two Systems."
The gala was jointly organized by the Cultural Affairs Bureau of the Macao SAR government and CMG's Arts Program Center.
