A magnitude-7.4 earthquake in Vanuatu has claimed at least 14 lives and injured hundreds. Rescuers are searching for survivors in the capital, Port Vila, where over 200 people are receiving medical treatment. According to the UN, approximately 116,000 people, about a third of the population, have been affected. CGTN anchor Zhong Shi interviewed Katie Greenwood, head of delegation for the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies Pacific, about ongoing search and rescue efforts.
