The 13th session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee is held from December 21 to 25 in Beijing. Lawmakers are deliberating on key draft laws and legislative revisions, including a draft national park law. The draft was first submitted to the NPC for its initial reading in September.
