England's John Parry ended his 14-year wait for his second DP World Tour win at the Mauritius Open in Grand Baie at the Mont Choisy Le Golf. Starting five shots off the lead, he made an eagle, seven birdies, and a bogey, carding a magnificent 64 to set the clubhouse target at 14 under par.

Parry then faced an anxious wait for third-round co-leader Dylan Naidoo to finish, but the South African did not make the eagle he needed to force a playoff. As a result, Parry was able to celebrate his triumph. South Africans Naidoo and Christo Lamprecht finished tied for second, two shots behind Parry. The previous tour level win for the 38-year-old Parry was at the Vivendi Cup in France in September, 2010, when he was in his early twenties.

"It's massive. I was back on the Europro, I was close to giving up golf after winning when I was 23 out here. So it's been a long battle back, but worth every moment for this, this week," said Parry.
