In 2023, Tianjin Port established an advanced marine water quality monitoring system, keeping 24/7 guard over the environment, atmosphere and biodiversity. Such emphasis has also been placed on the ecological restoration of its saline-alkaline marshes. And so far the results have been brilliant. The beach has been turned a blushing bright red thanks to the introduction of seepweed. It's just one way in which Tianjin Port is rolling out the red carpet to a cleaner, greener future!
