In the Chinese Curling League, Sichuan Team Two beat Inner Mongolia Team Four 10-2 to reach the mixed doubles final in Yichun, Heilongjiang province.
Sichuan Team Two were en route to lead early with blue handles, when Guo Jiaxin delivered a stone to take out two of their opponents' stones, parking four of theirs in the House. Tian Linyuan responded by also taking out two of Sichuan's stones to keep the score close, but Sichuan's Yu Feng took it out anyway to put his side 3-1 ahead after the second end.
In the third end, Tian committed an error when she missed the Button, and pushed one of Sichuan's stones closer to the center. Sichuan went ahead 7-1, and won two points in the next two ends, before Inner Mongolia scored a second point in the sixth.
Yu took out a yellow-handled stone with a clean finish and sent Sichuan's Team Two into the mixed doubles final with a 10-2 victory.
