Infrared cameras in a nature reserve in Gansu's Mazong Mountain captured a snow leopard. It has been more than a decade since snow leopards were last recorded in the reserve. The majestic predator, a national protected species, was spotted alongside rare animals like Siberian ibex and lynx. Improved ecosystems provide good habitat conditions for the return of wildlife.
