At least 29 people died in a plane crash in South Korea's southwestern Muan airport on Sunday, AFP reported citing a local official.
"We have so far confirmed 29 deaths from the crash... but the tally could rise due to the critically injured," Lee Hyeon-ji, a local fire department official, told the news agency.
South Korean news agencies put the latest death toll at 28, with three people rescued.
