A court in Seoul has approved an arrest warrant for impeached president Yoon Suk-yeol. It is the first-ever arrest warrant issued for an incumbent president in the Republic of Korea. Yoon faces a criminal investigation into possible insurrection charges over his imposition of martial law earlier this month.
