At least 15 people have been killed and dozens injured in the U.S. city of New Orleans after a truck crashed into a crowd on New Year's Day. In a separate incident in Las Vegas, a Tesla Cybertruck exploded outside the Trump Hotel, killing one person. President Joe Biden stated that law enforcement is investigating whether the two incidents are related.
