South Korean investigators called off their attempt to arrest impeached President Yoon Suk-yeol over his failed martial law bid on Friday because of a standoff at his residence for over five hours. A Seoul court issued a warrant on December 31 to detain President Yoon Suk-yeol, making him the first sitting South Korean leader to face arrest.
