Mexico has opened the possibility of receiving non-Mexican migrants deported by the United States. Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said in cases where the U.S. would not return migrants to their countries, Mexico "can collaborate through different mechanisms." U.S. President-elect Donald Trump has vowed deportations after taking office on January 20.
