Construction underway to resettle quake-affected residents in Xizang

Search and rescue efforts have entered the final stage after a magnitude-6.8 earthquake struck Dingri County in southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region on Tuesday morning, the regional government said on Wednesday.
Construction workers are speeding up the building of bunkhouses for quake-affected residents. To date, around 30,400 people have been relocated to temporary settlements, and all the injured people have been treated.
