The Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia hosted the 2025 Spring Festival Fair from January 10 to 11 at the Cultural Palace in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The event celebrated the first Intangible Heritage Edition of the Chinese Spring Festival, showcasing Chinese culture in multiple dimensions and officially launching the China-Saudi Arabia Year of Culture in 2025.
The fair featured spectacular lion dance, folk music and martial arts performances, along with diverse exhibitions of Chinese New Year traditions and intangible cultural heritage. Engaging traditional games and a warm, harmonious prelude to the Spring Festival Gala organized by China Media Group (CMG) captivated the audience, showcasing the cultural charm of the Chinese New Year to local residents and international friends. At the fair, CMG's cultural creations also dazzled, drawing many participants.
