Overseas participants and staff for the 2025 Asian Winter Games have started to arrive in Harbin in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province as the event draws near. Indian athlete Amitesh Mishra becomes the first overseas athlete using registration card for the 2025 Asian Winter Games to enter through Harbin Taiping International Airport on Friday night. Since January 1, these cards allow overseas participants and personnel affiliated with the Games to enter and exit the Chinese mainland multiple times with their valid passports or other international travel documents, in conjunction with their Asian Winter Games identity cards.
