The 11th United Arab Emirates (UAE) Chinese New Year Gala, titled "Years As Songs," takes place on January 11 at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai. This annual cultural extravaganza is also the first gala of its kind for the Chinese community in the UAE since Chinese New Year was officially added to UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage list. Through poetry, dance and traditional music, the event will showcase the splendor and legacy of Chinese civilization, offering a cultural journey through time – from oracle bone script to the poetic and wine culture of the Song Dynasty.
