It's all go in the Jin household in Helong City, Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, northeast China's Jilin Province, as the ethnic Korean family is busy preparing the New Year's feast. For them, there are two traditional dishes that simply have to be on the table: fish head steamed rice and rice cakes. About a third of the 2 million population in Yanbian are ethnic Koreans.
