A group of golden retriever owners took their dogs for a fun running competition in Beijing last weekend. The golden retrievers ran through suspension bridges and overcame obstacles to win prizes. One of the participants, Wang Zhaoqing, told CGTN the event gave her and her pet a chance to socialize and build connections through competing in the games. After the competition, the dog owners attended a lecture about golden retrievers, communicating with their pets, and what to do when their pet misbehaves.
