Sun Delong is a fourth-generation representative inheritor of Tai Chi Plum Blossom Praying Mantis Boxing in Qingdao City, east China's Shandong Province. He has dedicated his life to this ancient martial art. Trained by his uncle Hao Bin since childhood, Sun has honed his skills for over seven decades.

To preserve and pass down this ancient art, he founded a wuguan (martial arts school) that has been in operation for over a decade. His students come not only from across the country but also from various nations, including the United States, South Korea, Malaysia and Denmark.
