When Vietnamese mother of three children Le Phuc Hanh met with a serious motorcycle accident, her life hung in the balance. But thanks to the 1369 Life Express medical initiative, she was transferred from Vietnam to Dongxing People's Hospital in China where dedicated Chinese doctors set her firmly on the road to recovery.
