The 31st Zigong International Dinosaur Lantern Festival is set to open on Friday at the Zigong China Colorful Lantern World as visitors soak up the unique charm of the Zigong Lantern Festival. This year's lantern festival has seven specially designed themed areas. Here, 12 groups of extra-large lanterns, 7 groups of large lanterns and over 200 groups of small and medium-sized lanterns complement each other. The lantern show integrates intangible cultural heritage techniques such as porcelain, Sichuan opera and paper cutting, and skillfully uses cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence to create an AI-driven mechanical dinosaur lantern. Installations of popular Chinese anime and mobile game IPs have also been set up, offering visitors a range of innovative interactive entertainment and sensory experiences.
