China's Shenzhou-19 crew is preparing for their second spacewalk, expected to take place in the coming days, the China Manned Space Agency reports.
Since completing their first spacewalk on December 17, 2024, the three-member crew has been making steady progress aboard the China Space Station. Significant experiments in space materials science, life sciences, and aerospace medicine are advancing smoothly.
The crew has also carried out equipment inspections, routine maintenance, a comprehensive pressure emergency drill, and preparations for their upcoming extravehicular activity. All crew members are in excellent condition, and the space station complex remains stable and fully operational.
