Senior diplomats of China and Bangladesh have met in Beijing to strengthen interactions at various levels. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held talks on Tuesday with Touhid Hossain, Adviser for Foreign Affairs of the Interim Government of Bangladesh. CGTN's Zhao Yunfei reports.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has met with Touhid Hossain, Adviser for Foreign Affairs of the Interim Government of Bangladesh.
WANG YI Chinese Foreign Minister "China has always placed Bangladesh in an important direction of our neighborhood diplomacy. We adhere to the policy of good neighborliness and friendship for all Bangladeshi people."
Wang, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, said China and Bangladesh are good partners for common development.
Hossain, who's paying a five-day visit to China, said his delegation's trip is an opportunity to discuss issues of mutual interest.
