CNPC President: Green energy transition for a sustainable future

China has built the world's largest and most complete new energy industrial chain, Chinese Vice-Premier Ding Xuexiang said in his special address at the WEF 2025 in Davos, Switzerland. Seventy percent of photovoltaic components and 60 percent of wind power equipment worldwide come from China. The high-quality production capacity has boosted global green development.
