Controversial water buoys re-deployed by U.S. in Rio Grande

The U.S. state of Texas has started to reinstall controversial water buoys in the Rio Grande River, near the town of Eagle Pass, on the border with Mexico. Bodies of migrants have been caught in these buoys, which have been criticized by rights groups. CGTN America's Toni Waterman was there on January 22 to show us what was happening at the border in the days following the inauguration of President Donald Trump.
