Chinese President Xi Jinping inspects Shenyang in NE China ahead of Spring Festival

Chinese President Xi Jinping visited Shenyang, the capital of northeast China's Liaoning Province, on Thursday.
The visit comes just days before the Spring Festival, China's most significant holiday, which falls on January 29 this year.
