The World Trade Organization chief has warned retaliatory trade wars prompted by U.S. President Donald Trump's tariff threats would be catastrophic for economic growth. Qu Qiang, fellow of the Belt and Road Research Center at Minzu University of China, says that there are no winners in tariff wars, as consumers ultimately bear all the costs.
