A group of students from Harvard Kennedy School were recently invited in Hangzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province, in a tour experiencing traditional Chinese culture and some of the country's latest technology. At a evening event on Wednesday, Chen Lu, bronze medalist in figure skating at the1994 Lillehammer Winter Olympics, spoke to the delegation.
