Exclusive with Grenada PM Dickon Mitchell

Editor's Note: China's economic, diplomatic, and security relations with Caribbean countries have been growing in the last decade and Grenada has benefited greatly from ties with China. What to expect from cooperation with China in areas such as infrastructure, education, healthcare, cultural exchanges and technology going forward? In this edition of Leaders Talk, CMG's Zou Yun sat down with Dickon Mitchell, Prime Minister of Grenada, during his official visit to China from January 11 to 17 to take stock of two decades of fruitful partnership and cooperation and discuss ways to address challenges such as peace, security, development and climate change, through partnership and via multilateral institutions. Mitchell remarks that Chinese President Xi Jinping's foresight and his proposed global initiatives make him one of the world's leading statesmen able to tackle these challenges.
