A medium-sized bird native to Asia, the Greater Racket-tailed Drongo, has been seen in south China's National Park of Hainan Tropical Rainforest. It stands out with black plumage that shimmers in metallic blue and purple hues and distinctive, elongated tail feathers. In flight, their long tails wave gracefully and their calls are clear and melodious. This rare bird is one of the country's many species under national protection.
