IDF spokesperson: I remind you that the following instructions will come into effect: Residents will be allowed to return on foot to the northern Gaza Strip via the Netzarim Road and via Rashid Street starting at 07:00 AM. Vehicles will be allowed to travel to the northern Gaza Strip after inspection via Salah al-Din Street starting at 09:00 AM. Transporting militants or weapons via these roads to the northern Gaza Strip will be considered a breach of the agreement.
