The Spring Festival marks the celebration of the Chinese New Year and is one of the most important festivals in China and around the world. In December last year, UNESCO added the Spring Festival and its social practices for celebrating the traditional New Year to the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. To celebrate this, the Chinese Traditional Culture Museum in Beijing is currently showing a special exhibition called "Guo Nian: Exhibition of the Spring Festival." To find out more about this special event and also about the special craftspeople in China who carry on ancient cultural craftmaking, tune in to this Dialogue Spring Festival special, airing at 7:30 p.m. BJT on January 29!
