At the 2025 Spring Festival Gala on Tuesday evening, artists from different traditional Chinese opera genres performed classic pieces.

Feng Guanbo and others showcased a Peking Opera masterpiece, "The Battle of Mount Dingjun," depicting Huang Zhong's victory during the Three Kingdoms period. The elderly general secured a major victory for the Kingdom of Shu. Yuju performer Wang Hui presented "Hua Mulan," a story of a heroine who joined the army in her father's place.

Held by China Media Group, the gala attracts hundreds of millions of viewers each year.
