People from the Miao ethnic group dressed in traditional costumes gathered on Monday to take part in an annual folk activity to celebrate the Chinese New Year and pray for a good harvest in Longli County, Guizhou Province. They performed dances to the sound of the lusheng, a local stringed instrument, creating a passionate atmosphere.
