China's Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) Fu Cong on Monday voiced opposition to the U.S. decision of increasing tariffs during a press conference at the UN headquarters in New York at the start of China's presidency of the Security Council. He said the tariffs hike violated the World Trade Organization rules and emphasized that there are no winners in a trade war.
