The remains of all 67 victims of the midair collision near Reagan National Airport have been recovered. Officials said one set of remains is still being identified. Crews continue clearing debris from the Potomac River, where an American Airlines regional passenger plane, carrying 60 passengers and four crew members, and a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter, carrying three soldiers, crashed on January 29.
