With the deepening of cultural exchanges between Chinese and American netizens on RedNote, the differences between the two countries in areas of life such as housing, work, education and medical care have become the focus of public attention. Without the propaganda of foreign media, Chinese and American netizens started discussions  about life, welfare, education and healthcare. American netizens had a deep understanding of China's social development.

In this video, American vlogger Heather shares her ideas about the medical system in the United States and the Chinese medical system she learned about from RedNote. She said she was shocked to learn about China's medical policies and began to learn more about it. Heather says the Chinese government doesn't put the weight of medical bills on their citizens. "It's something I wish we had honestly," she says. From communication on RedNote, American netizens found that China is not as "horrible" as portrayed by Western media, and hope that the United States can improve in ensuring people's livelihood.
