Featuring a long, frozen winter, Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang Province, northernmost China, is known for its ice and ice sculptures. CGTN reporter Xu Jinhui visits Harbin's most popular ice sculpture destination, Harbin Ice and Snow World, to admire ice sculptures.
