Snowman showdown at Sun Island ignites excitement for Harbin 2025

CGTN kicked off a snowman-building showdown at Harbin's Sun Island in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province on Tuesday, bringing together participants, winter sports enthusiasts, global media, and special guests. The event aimed to further ignite the excitement for the 9th Asian Winter Games in Harbin.

For the first time, the wildly popular online challenge "Building a Snowman for Harbin 2025" was brought to life offline, creating a festive and interactive winter experience. Check out some highlights from the event!
