U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance plans to discuss the Russia-Ukraine conflict at the Munich Security Conference and how to bring it to a negotiated settlement, he told reporters on Friday upon his arrival at the council.
He added that the United States wanted to make sure that NATO was built for the future.
