Singapore defense chief: China's initiative reflects international order

During the 61th Munich Security Conference, CGTN Host Xu Qinduo sat down with Ng Eng Hen, Defense Minister of Singapore. Ng stressed that multipolarization is indeed a fact, and China is an important part in the process. Most countries want an international system where might is not right, and there are rules all countries must comply with, which is consistent with China's Global Security Initiative.
