On February 10, U.S. President Donald Trump signed an executive order imposing a 25-percent tariff on all steel and aluminum imports, removing all exemptions, quotas and exclusions related to these tariffs. This decision has drawn widespread attention and strong reactions globally.

CGTN interviewed workers in Vietnam's steel and aluminum industries to hear what they have to say. Some believe that they would be at a disadvantage and face greater challenges under a reciprocal tariff system.
