At least nine people, including eight in Kentucky, have died in the most recent round of harsh weather in the United States.
In Atlanta, a person was killed when a large tree fell on a house on February 16, according to local authorities. There were other people inside the house but the exact number was not clear, local TV station WSB reported, citing firefighters.
