A landslide in southwest China's Sichuan Province has claimed 10 lives, left 19 people missing, and injured two as of 12 p.m. on Monday, according to local authorities.
The disaster occurred at 11:50 a.m. on February 8 in Jinping Village of Junlian County, Yibin City. Local authorities last week reported one death and two injuries, with 28 others missing.
Reconstruction efforts are underway to restore normal life for the affected residents, authorities said.
