On the Russia-Ukraine conflict, two parallel diplomatic tracks are unfolding: U.S.-Russia talks in Riyadh and European leaders' security discussions in Paris. Zhou Bo, a Senior Fellow at Tsinghua University's Center for International Security and Strategy, said Trump had disregarded European sentiments about him, his administration, and their stance on the Russia-Ukraine conflict.
