Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi has called for joint efforts to build a safer world during a speech at the G20 Foreign Ministers' Meeting in South Africa. Wang quoted Nelson Mandela in his speech. He said, "Knocking down and destroying is very easy. Heroes are those who build and work for peace." Rong Ying, chair professor at Sichuan University, says that China is always a force for promoting peace and stability.
